The judges had to judge 60-70 corgis in each
activity, and we are so glad that many owners
realized how important it is to find the best sport
for their dogs in which they can excel or have
fun together. Many owners asked for contacts
from the judges in the hope of continuing the
training in the future when they realized how
much their dogs liked them. This was the day’s
original purpose, and we are delighted that 100
families chose this day instead of sitting on the
couch at home. Hopefully, many of them will go
on and continue.

We are grateful for the judges who worked hard
this day and all our sponsors who helped to give
lovely presents to the best 3 of each sport and
overall winners.

Nineteen corgis passed the herding instinct test,
and 13 continued participating in the afternoon RESULTS
herding competition. Nine more experienced
herding dogs were also competing on this day.
