DOG E
• Love the rear and body. The front is not as
good as Dog F.
• Like the overall balance and bone and hind
leg structure. I think he has a better chest
than some of the others. Ears might be too
long and droopy.
• I like Dog E’s back and height over Dog D.
Dog E has a gorgeous face but too much
angle to the stifle and hock.
• Nice boned puppy. The chest is not at the
same level as the elbow. Really nice tail set.
Nice rear angulation (not over angulated).
Could have a better proportion between
neck and top line!
• There is something that I really like about
this little guy. He has a pretty head, but his
ears are a little larger than I would prefer. He
has presence. Overall, he has more muscling
than Dog E, but I think his neck is just a bit
short and with the fuzz it is hard for me to
see exactly where his neck comes out of
the shoulder. Short coupled--just a pretty
picture. Heavier boned than some of the
others.
• Seems too long and low.
• Does not have enough leg length for a 50:50
ratio.
• Good head. Ears are a tad low set. A bit short
in neck. Good angles front and rear. Needs to
come up on legs a bit but looks younger. Lots

to like in this one.
• Has balance but I don’t like tail. A bit too long
of a tail and a bit too short in back. Neck not
as elegant as Dogs C or D.
• I like this pup as well as Dog D. Good balance.
Straight back.
• He is in a growth cycle, and I think his head
will grow to fit all that beautiful bone.
• This would be my first pick. The picture is a
bit deceiving with respect to balance, but I
like the type and substance.
• Dogs D and E are very close. Both have
good bone and good toplines. I don’t like
Dog E’s ears as well. Both have a smooth
neck transitioning into the shoulders. The
difference for me is whether you like the
shorter back of Dog E at this age or a little
longer back of Dog D.
• Too short on legs which is disappointing
because it has good bone, nice angles, nice
topline, and a nice head too. Big ears!!
• Nice top line. Looks like a good return of
upper arm, but shoulder blade looks a little
upright currently. Very nice rear angulation.
He seems a little too short on leg, and he
could use a bit more length of body.
• A good lower thigh. I don’t like the ones with
only fluffy coats to fool the eye.
• Like the neck and topline. The front legs are
well set under the body. A bit short on legs.

Pup likely has too much substance for his age.
He could get overdone as an adult. Short on
leg. Balanced in size between forequarters
and hindquarters, but shoulder is too upright.
Nice length of upper arm with strong fore
chest. Good topline and great shelf. Femur and
tibia are equal in length giving nice angulation
without the hind leg being too far out the back.
Correct muzzle length. Ears are a bit large.
